Rachael has particular expertise in competition and regulatory law, corporate and commercial law, and Coronial matters. She also has an interest in sports law and sports governance.
Rachael’s broad expertise reflects her experience working at Chapman Tripp, the Commerce Commission, and Wynn Williams.
At the University of Otago, Rachael was awarded prizes for her honours’ dissertation and in land law. She also founded the Otago Asian Law Students’ Association. Rachael is a member of the New Zealand Sports Tribunal’s Mentor Scheme, and sits on the New Zealand Waterpolo Disciplinary Appeals Tribunal.
