Kathleen is an experienced commercial litigator and insolvency specialist, having appeared before the Court of Appeal, High Court, and District Court.
She represents a broad commercial clientele – from high-net-worth individuals and company directors to property investors, corporates and private liquidators – combining first rate advocacy with pragmatic advice on financial and property disputes, cross border litigation, bankruptcy, liquidations and restructuring matters.
Kathleen is recognised by Doyles as a Leading Insolvency and Restructuring Lawyer. She is also an author for Heath and Whale on Insolvency and a member of the Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association of New Zealand (RITANZ).
Kathleen is the Chair of the ASEAN New Zealand Business Council and speaks fluent Mandarin.
